Dinesh Kumar Ilangovan is a seasoned Senior Lead Engineer with over 7 years of experience in the field of EICAS Avionics software. He has a strong background in Requirement Analysis, Software and System Architecture, and MBD Development. Dinesh is well-versed in black box testing (host and Target), unit testing, SCA for Level-A software, and has deep knowledge of the full software development lifecycle, DO-178 process, AFDX, A429, A717 (FDR protocol). Dinesh has experience working with various Configuration Management tools such as DOORS, JIRA, clear quest, and has participated in SOI audits for certification. He is a certified AS9100D internal Auditor. Currently, Dinesh is working as a Senior Lead Software Engineer at Collins Aerospace, where he leads a team of software engineers to develop Avionics software for the aerospace industry. Prior to his current role, Dinesh held positions as Lead Engineer Software at Collins Aerospace and Software Engineer at Rockwell Collins. He has a Master's Degree in Avionics from Anna University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering from Park College of Engineering and Technology.
